Jack Austin & New Western are a great piece to the puzzle of the real estate flipping process! There’s many pieces that all come together to make a success. Having them give fair offers to sellers and still being able to market it to investors at a price they’re willing to make a profit is what I appreciate. Also in building a relationship,they want to look out for your success. I’ve had now numerous successful transactions with them and all have made the anticipated profit or more. They promote that you do your own due diligence and don’t push you into something that’s not in your buy box. Yes they have deadlines, but don’t we all because all parties depend on them.
