“Check the work, check it again… and make sure you read the final report.” That’s Gary’s advice for other flippers, after recently undergoing a complete renovation from (literally) the ground up.
This Arlington, Texas real estate investor transformed a brick home constructed in the 1980s. This total renovation included two bathroom remodels, a complete kitchen overhaul, a fireplace refresh, new interior paint, and flooring throughout the entire house Externally, Gary added a brand new garage door and fresh coat paint to the exterior of the home to increase the curb appeal.
Oh, and just one other thing: A foundation level. The work on the foundation led to the only snag in the entire process. The foundation leveling caused some plumbing issues, but fortunately, these were remedied.
Gary’s advice for flippers? “Know your contractors and make you get final reports on foundation work.” He believes finding trustworthy contractors plays a major role in the success of a project.
Gary also says he recommends working with New Western, and that he has — in fact — already recommended New Western to fellow flippers.
