Our properties are first come, first served - meaning no auctions and no bidding wars*. Due to this, our investment properties typically sell in 24 hours or less. In order to purchase a property from us, you must become a New Western Certified Buyer. It is this process that truly helps us to keep our properties exclusive to our clientele.

There are No Dues or Fees associated with becoming a New Western certified buyer and there is No Obligation to purchase property from New Western after your appointment and you will also receive access to the Certified Buyer App which holds discounts for 30-50% off major suppliers and service providers like Sherwin Williams and Sears Home Appliances, as well as access to our contractors and special services.
