Joe Grimm is the Senior Vice President and Head of Operations at New Western, where he leads the teams and initiatives responsible for optimizing performance, elevating execution, and driving operational excellence across the organization. With a career spanning global operations, large-scale transformation, and data-driven business impact, Joe brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams and scaling organizations through periods of rapid growth.
Before joining New Western, Joe served as Chief Transformation Officer and Global Head of Service Delivery at Integrate, a B2B marketing technology company, where he oversaw a worldwide team of more than 120 people and led major initiatives that streamlined operations and improved customer outcomes. Prior to Integrate, he was a Value Creation Director at Vista Equity Partners, partnering with portfolio companies to accelerate performance and unlock operational efficiency. Earlier in his career, Joe worked as a management consultant at Oliver Wyman, supporting clients across a diverse range of industries and geographies.
Joe is energized by New Western’s role as the leader in the home revitalization market and the significant opportunity to set the standard for what’s possible in real estate investment. Before beginning his private-sector career, Joe served as a Ranger-qualified infantry officer in the U.S. Army, deploying to Afghanistan. He graduated with honors from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys spending time with his wife and three young boys. An avid endurance enthusiast, he can often be found running, cycling, or catching the latest Formula 1 race.
